1 Button Business provides AI-powered business coaching, community access, workshops, and educational content. The Service includes membership tiers with varying levels of access to coaching sessions, tools, and community features.

3. Membership & Payments

Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Cancellation may be made at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Coaching & Results

1 Button Business provides tools, frameworks, and coaching to support your business goals. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific income, revenue, or business outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, tools, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of 1 Button Business. Members may use these materials for personal and business use but may not redistribute, resell, or share them outside their organization.

6. Community Guidelines

Members are expected to engage respectfully within the community. Harassment, spam, solicitation, or sharing of confidential information from coaching sessions is prohibited. Violations may result in membership revocation without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Button Business and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
